留学生医疗保险指南
Medical Insurance Guide for International Students
1. 按照教育部国家留学基金管理委员会、北京市教委的要求，为保障外国留学生在华学习期间的利益，留学生来校后，须参加学校集体投保的综合医疗保险，不参加综合医疗保险者，不能注册入学。来华人员综合医疗保险保障计划简介见附件1。
According to the requirements of China Scholarship Council and Beijing Municipal Education Commission, comprehensive medical insurance is the necessary condition for registration to protect the rights and interests of the international students. Those without a comprehensive medical insurance will be denied registration. Please see the attached file 1 for Comprehensive Medical Insurance & Protection Scheme for Foreigners Staying in China.
2. 获得中国政府奖学金的留学生,，由教育部留学基金委统一向保险公司投保。非中国政府奖学金生需自费投保平安保险公司提供的综合医疗保险，保险标准为每学年800元，每学期400元，在线购买保险流程见附件2。
Students who have received Chinese Government Scholarships will be insured by China Scholarship Council. Other students need to pay for the comprehensive medical insurance provided by Ping An insurance company at their own expense. The insurance standard is 800 yuan per year and 400 yuan per semester. Please see the attached file 2 for Online Payment Instruction.
缴费后，请将缴费凭证发送至留学生办公室备案。
After paying the fee, please send the payment voucher to the International Students Office for record.
3. 需要就医时，请先致电4008105119，由救援医生进行健康询诊、就医指导及理赔注意事项说明后，再前往医院进行治疗。治疗结束后请第一时间向留学生办公室报备。
Do be sure to firstly call 4008105119 for health consultation, medical guidance and instructions for claims due to disease or accident before you go to see a doctor. Please report to the International Students Office right after the treatment.
