2026年寒假假期将至，根据学校工作安排，现将2026年寒假放假工作安排通知如下：

一、寒假放假安排

全体学生自2026年1月19日（周一）起放寒假，3月1日（周日）前返校报到，语言生2026年3月9日（周一）正式开学上课，其他学生2026年3月2日（周一）正式开学上课。

二、假期工作要求

1.寒假留校的学生（除中国政府奖学金学生以外）住宿费从2026年1月19日开始计算，至2026年3月1日止。请各位同学检查一下自己的签证是否到期、是否需要缴纳费用，如有需要请于2026年1月16日（周五）前联系刘老师办理相关手续。寒假期间不再办理签证和缴费事宜，未缴纳寒假住宿费者，本学期结束后按自动退房处理。

2.请大家提前做好寒假期间的各项安排。有要离开北京（去往其他城市或国家）的同学务必填写附件1：首都体育学院国际学生出京/境备案表并于2026年1月16日（周五）前报送给倪老师备案，外出请注意人身安全、财产安全、食品安全和交通安全，详见附件2：假期安全提示。此外，所有人均须填写附件3：首都体育学院2026年寒假留学生台账，截止时间为2026年1月16日（周五）下午17：00。

3.为切实做好节假日期间各项工作，2026年1月16日（周五）下午15：00将对校内留学生宿舍开展一次安全与卫生检查，请校内各位同学做好准备。

4.计划于2026年春季学期进行论文答辩的同学，请于2026年1月20日之前完成预答辩。预答辩结束后，请充分利用寒假时间，认真吸纳预答辩专家提出的意见与建议，对论文进行全面修改与完善。春季学期开学后，学位论文查重及送审工作将随即启动，请提前做好相关准备。

计划春季学期进行论文开题的同学，请尽快与导师取得联系，就开题报告的内容框架、研究方法等关键问题进行充分沟通与确认。同时，请合理规划寒假时间，系统梳理文献资料，完善开题方案，为正式开题奠定坚实基础。

Dear All,

The winter vacation of 2026 is approaching. According to the arrangement of the university, affairs concerning the winter vacation are notified as follows:

1. Vacation Schedule

Winter vacation will start from January 19, 2026 (Monday). All students will need to return to the university and register for the new semester before March 1, 2026 (Sunday). Language students will begin their classes on March 9, 2026 (Monday), other students will start to have classes on March 2, 2026 (Monday).

2. Requirements for International Students during Vacation

(1) Accommodation fees for students who plan to remain on campus during the winter vacation (except Chinese Government Scholarship students) will be charged from January 19, 2026, to March 1, 2026. Please check whether your visa will soon be expired and whether you need to pay fees. If necessary, please contact Ms. Liu before January 16, 2026 (Friday) and go through the relevant procedures. No visa and payment matters will be processed during the winter vacation. Those who have not paid the winter vacation accommodation fees will be considered as automatically checking out by the end of the semester.

(2) Please make arrangements for the winter vacation beforehand. Students who want to leave Beijing (for other cities or countries) must fill out Appendix 1: CUPES International Students Record Form upon Leaving Beijing/China and submit it to Ms. Ni before January 16, 2026 (Friday). Please pay attention to personal safety, property safety, food safety and traffic safety when going out. Please refer to Appendix 2: Safety Notice during Vacations for detailed information. In addition, all students are required to complete Appendix 3: CUPES International Student Record of 2026 Winter Vacation by January 16, 2026 (Friday) at 17:00.

(3) To make sure that all safety regulations are well respected, there will be a security and sanitation inspection of the International Students Apartment on campus at 15:00 on January 16, 2026, please be well prepared!

(4) Students planning to defend their theses in the Spring 2026 semester must complete their pre-defense by ‌January 20, 2026‌. Following the pre-defense, please fully utilize the winter vacation to carefully incorporate the feedback and suggestions from the pre-defense experts, comprehensively revising and improving your thesis. After the Spring semester begins, the thesis plagiarism check and review process will commence immediately, so please prepare in advance.

Students planning to conduct their thesis proposal defense in the Spring 2026 semester should promptly contact their supervisors to thoroughly discuss and confirm key issues such as the content framework and research methodology of the proposal. At the same time, reasonably plan your winter vacation time to systematically organize literature materials and refine your proposal plan, laying a solid foundation for the formal defense.
