全体留学生同学：

11月10日，顺义区一仓库发生火灾；11月18日，大兴区西红门镇发生火灾，造成19人死亡，8人受伤。近期，北京市一高校留学生公寓发生火灾，另一高校两位留学生在校外居住房屋因不当使用电器发生火灾两起案件，造成了极其恶劣影响。根据北京市出入境管理总局和学校保卫处要求，现决定于11月22日（周三）上午10:00对留学生公寓开展一次消防安全隐患集中清查和宿舍卫生检查。

再次提醒全体同学包括校内和校外住宿同学：宿舍、教室以及公共场所内严禁吸烟，禁止使用电饭锅等大功率电器和明火，不得存放各类易燃、易爆、有毒或放射性物质。做饭只能在公共厨房内进行。房间内严禁私拉电线，离开宿舍或者租住房屋，务必断开所有电源，严防火灾。火警电话：119。

按照学校保卫处规定，从本通知发布起，禁止在留学生公寓内对电动车电池充电。

Dear all，

Two fire accidents happened in Shunyi and Daxing Districts of Beijing recently causing 19 deaths and 8 injuries. Fires also occurred in one International Students Apartment and two off-campus resident houses of some universities which made serious affects. According to the notice of Beijing Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security and Security Department of our school，we are going to conduct safety and sanitary inspection aiming to eliminate hidden danger of fire safety at 10:00 am，Nov.22(Wednesday).

We want to remind you again（including all the international students）：smoking is not permitted in dormitory，classroom and any public area.Rice cookers and other high-power electrical appliances are not permitted to use in the dormitory.Please comply with fire protection regulations. Dormitory area is also prohibited from burning, or storing all kinds of flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive substances.Cooking only can be allowed in public kitchen.Private electric wires is strictly prohibited in dormitory. When going out, please turn off all the power.Fire-alarm telephone：119.

According to the regulation of Security Department of our school，charging electric vehicle is prohibited in our International Students Apartment，effective immediately.
